These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Adrian Han ("we", "us", "our") for use of the mobile game Stacklear (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Stacklear is a casual puzzle game. You place and merge blocks on a board to complete level goals. Version 1 includes about 500 levels and may include an endless mode as described in the store listing.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of Google Play and the App Store.
You may not: copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where law allows), redistribute, or exploit the App or its assets for commercial purposes without our written permission; cheat; automate play in ways that harm others or our systems; or interfere with the App.
Version 1 has no user accounts. Progress, stars, coins, and settings (including Reduce Motion) are stored on your device only. There is no cloud sync. If you uninstall the App, clear its data, or change devices, you may lose progress. We are not responsible for lost local progress.
In-game coins used for features such as revive (50 coins per failure, at most once per attempt) are virtual items with no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be adjusted for balance. Future versions may add ads or paid items; we will update these Terms and store disclosures first.
The App is intended as a casual puzzle suitable for a general audience. The official age rating is set by Google Play and the App Store. If you are under the age where you can form a binding contract in your country, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian's permission.
You agree not to use the App in any unlawful way, to harass others, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems (if any), or to misuse support channels. We may suspend access to updates or services if you violate these Terms.
The App, including art, audio, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the App without obligation to you.
Your download is also subject to Google Play or Apple's terms. If those conflict with these Terms on store-related matters (billing, refunds for store-priced apps), the store's rules may control for that purchase.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free play. Some regions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those regions our liability is limited as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of progress, data, or device issues arising from use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the App was free and you paid us nothing).
Our Privacy Policy in the App and on this website explains how version 1 handles information. By using the App you also acknowledge that Policy.
We may update the App and these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue using the App after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms (except where law requires otherwise). You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the App or updates.
